JASON FELCH

Jason Felch is an author and investigator who has studied the black market for looted antiquities over two decades. He started as an investigative reporter at the Los Angeles Times, where his writing on the role of the Getty and other American museums in the illicit antiquities trade was a finalist for the 2006 Pulitzer Prize in Investigative Reporting. In 2011 he co-authored Chasing Aphrodite: The Hunt for Looted Antiquities at the World’s Richest Museum. He has continued to write about the illicit antiquities trade at ChasingAphrodite.com.
